We are going to drain any excess power from the system and see if it will turn on after:
- On the back of the PC near the power cable, if there is a small red switch, please make sure that is set to 115V. (Example picture is attached)
- Unplug the power cord from the PC
- Flip the power switch to the "I" position on the power supply
- Hold down the power button on the top of the PC for 20-30 seconds
Once this has been completed, re-plug the power cable, and press the power button to see if the PC powers on.
