PC Not Powering On (Power Drain)

We are going to drain any excess power from the system and see if it will turn on after:

  1. On the back of the PC near the power cable, if there is a small red switch, please make sure that is set to 115V. (Example picture is attached)
  2. Unplug the power cord from the PC
  3. Flip the power switch to the "I" position on the power supply
  4. Hold down the power button on the top of the PC for 20-30 seconds

Once this has been completed, re-plug the power cable, and press the power button to see if the PC powers on.
