In the search bar, type in Create and Format Hard Disk and this should pop up. Go ahead and click it.
This Window will pop up, and should show you all the drives. The second drive might not be formatted and should show as black.
Right click the 1TB one and click New Simple Volume
Click the Next button throughout and the Hard Drive should show.
