For Amazon Customers:
Please do not use the Brown Amazon Box. Our green ViprTech box will be good. If you do not have the original packaging materials, see instructions below or Packaging Guide above. 

When returning a PC, it must be sent back to us and checked in for any damage that was not originally documented and verified. Accessories such as power cable, wifi adapter, etc. must be sent back along with the PC. Any password associated with the computer must be removed before return. When shipping the PC to us, please ensure it is properly packaged. When packaging the system, please insert bubble wrap inside of the computer to support the graphics card, bubble wrap on the tempered glass siding, DOUBLE BOXED with glass side facing upwards, and additional crushed paper or bubble wrap in the second box. The Outer Box should be no larger than 22 x 20 x 12 inches. If the outer box is larger than the recommended size, additional shipping costs will be deducted from your total return in equivalence to the size box you use instead. Packaging must be the same as it arrived. There will be additional restocking fees for any unit returned damaged from improper shipping, missing original packaging, or missing accessories. 

   In the event a PC arrives with damage not documented/verified, is not properly packaged, or is missing items, further restocking fees will be applied. It is the responsibility of the shipper to ensure items are packaged properly and safely to avoid damage. 

   Once checked in and tested, a partial refund will be issued through the platform ordered from which can take 7-10 business days depending on the platform as well as your personal bank. Non-faulty units are subject to a standard restocking fee. Any computer returned improperly packaged, damaged, missing items, or tampered with may result in up to a full restocking fee. We may give you the option to have the computer returned to you as-is, the option of a non-coverage repair, or if refusal of either, damage, shipping, and restocking coverages (non-negotiable) will be withheld.  These policies are shared through platforms and all of our listings, initiating a separate return will not avoid these policies. Returns must be shipped within the return period(s).
