There are a few things to note for the replacement process. When requesting/agreeing to a replacement PC you are agreeing to our policies as listed on Viprtech.com and or the platform's product listing. To approve and send a replacement PC, the original PC must be sent back to us and checked in for any damage that was not originally documented and verified. Original accessories (power cable, WIFI adapter, and manual) must be sent back along with the PC. This does not include keyboard/mouse.
When shipping the PC to us, please ensure it is properly packaged. -If your pc was shipped using our premium heavy duty full-color custom boxes and custom foam materials, please re-use these for shipping. -If your computer was shipped in 2 regular brown heavy-duty boxes, or if you do not have the original packaging materials please recreate this packaging by inserting bubble wrap inside of the computer to support the graphics card, bubble wrap on the tempered glass siding, DOUBLE BOXING the computer with the glass side facing upwards, and additional crushed paper or bubble wrap in the second box. The outer box should be no larger than 22x 20 x 12 inches, If your outer box is larger than this you will be responsible for the extra costs associated with shipping us a larger box and those costs may be substantial. Any computer not properly packaged will be denied and the warranty will be voided.
When the replacement is approved, one will be processed and sent out in which you will receive the tracking information to refer to. We try to have replacement PCs sent out as soon as possible, however, it may take a few days to be fully processed and shipped depending on current queues. We are a small business, please be patient. We cannot provide updates on where in the process a replacement is or the exact time it would take to be sent out, we will notify you when the replacement is complete and is ready to be shipped while also providing you the tracking information to refer to. All units are subject to repair or replacement depending on parts availability or to avoid excessive wait times. Your warranty will not be voided or terminated by receiving a replacement, however, will also not be extended from the original date purchased. All non-custom models come with a One-year limited warranty (warranty information at Viprtech.com).
In the event a PC arrives with damage not documented/verified or is not packaged properly, a replacement system may be denied at our discretion. We may give you the option of having the PC returned to you as-is or for us to diagnose and repair it (in which you will be responsible for the cost of the repair or replacement of damaged parts). It is the responsibility of the shipper to ensure items are packaged properly and safely to avoid damage. Any denial of replacement or warranty for the above reasons will be at the cost of the sender, any refusal of payment for repair or to have the computer returned to you as-is within the 15-day due date will result in the computer being recycled and disposed of with no account to the customer. Replacements are provided within 30 days of the original date of delivery, any computer being shipped in for replacement must be scanned as shipped within 30 days of the original date of delivery.
