Please disable or remove the password to access the computer if there is one set. If you cannot access the computer to remove the password, please respond to this email with the password. If a computer arrives with a password it will be placed back into the queue and will be subject to further wait times. When shipping the PC to us, please ensure it is properly packaged. When packaging the system, please insert bubble wrap inside of the computer to support the graphics card, bubble wrap on the tempered glass siding, DOUBLE BOXED with glass side facing upwards, and additional crushed paper or bubble wrap in the second box. The Outer box should be no larger than 22x 20 x 12 inches, if you choose to use a larger box than recommended, then additional shipping fees will be necessary for return in equivalence to the size box used instead. Packaging should be recreated as how originally sent. Any computer not properly packaged will be denied and warranty will be voided, and the PC will be returned to you immediately.
When the PC arrives, it will be checked in and inspected for damage that has occurred in the shipping process to us and will be documented if so. It will be placed into a repair queue and takes generally 6 - 8 weeks for repair. We do not provide updates during the repair process. We are a small business, please be patient. Once the PC has gone through repair, you will be notified and sent an invoice email provided. When the invoice has been paid, a return shipping label will be created and the PC will be set for packaging. You will be provided a return tracking number in which you will have to refer to for further shipping updates and inquiries. We cannot provide any updates on shipping once a computer has left our facility.
NOTE: DO NOT SEND ANY ACCESSORIES with a warranty repair unless instructed to do so. We are not responsible for any accessories lost or not returned. As our warranty states, we do not warranty any damage during shipping to our facility. If a PC arrives with an issue outside of the original problem and it is determined to have been due to return shipping damage it will not be covered under warranty. We will not warranty any PC not properly packaged and returned to us. In the event a PC arrives improperly packaged and/or is damaged, it will be returned at the cost of the sender. Any computer not properly packaged will be denied coverage and the warranty will be voided regardless of damage. We may give you the option of diagnosis/repair in which you will be responsible for the total cost of. Within the first 30 days of delivery, our warranty covers the cost of repair/replacement of the item as well as shipping. Outside of 30 days customers are responsible for the cost of shipping as well as parts if applicable.

If not covered or outside of total coverage, an invoice will be sent to the email provided which will be due within 15 days, if refusal to pay or non payment within the 15 days the computer will be recycled and disposed of.
