Reinstalling Windows

To reinstall windows, you will download this: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10 Win10 installer. Once downloaded, you will click on the download and follow the prompt to install onto an 8gb or larger USB thumb drive. Please ensure there are no other files on the USB thumb drive when doing so. You will connect the USB into the back of the PC while it is off, turn the computer on, and the install prompt should load right in.

If the prompt does not load in, you will need to load into the bios by repeatedly pressing either f2, f10, f12, DEL, or enter key. From there when in the BIOS, you will change the boot priority to your USB drive.

From there you will go through the prompt of reinstalling or repairing Windows. You will go through the prompt until you come to a “where to install” page with different partition options. Pending on the install, if doing a fresh install, you can click each partition option and delete them to create a new one, or, create a new partition and leave all options. From there you will continue the setup process until fully downloaded, and loaded into the homepage.
